Use of our services may violate the rules or terms of those platforms. You are solely responsible for understanding and accepting any risks associated with such use, including bans, suspensions, or content removal imposed by those platforms.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including correct profile links and ensuring your account is public and accessible via URL for the entire duration of service delivery. You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes or in connection with spam, fraud, impersonation, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party rights. You also agree not to place simultaneous orders from multiple providers/servers for the same page or content, as this can cause delivery issues and inaccurate metrics; such orders are not eligible for refunds.
Start times and completion times for all services are estimates only. We do not guarantee that your order will start, process, or finish within a specific timeframe. We reserve the right to change the service type, method of delivery, or route of fulfillment where necessary to complete an order, provided the core result (for example, the number of followers or likes) is substantially similar. All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. All deposits made to your kazersmm account are final and non-refundable and may only be used to purchase services listed on our website. If an order is marked "partial" or "canceled" by the system, any eligible amount will be automatically refunded as on-site balance only. Orders with incorrect links, private or restricted accounts, simultaneous orders from multiple providers, or violations of these Terms are not eligible for refunds. Losses or changes caused by platform updates, policy changes, or actions taken by social media platforms are not grounds for refunds.
By making a payment, you agree not to file disputes or chargebacks against us for any reason. If you initiate a dispute or chargeback, we may suspend or terminate your account, cancel existing and future orders, and remove or reverse delivered metrics where technically possible.
